Hartley is a 2x World Champion Division Winner who staged her solo show, Sondag, at Alexander Bar in 2017, again in 2018 for a week's run at the Baxter Theatre during the Zabalaza Festival, where she won the Best Actress Award and was nominated for Best Script, and in 2019 for the Suidoosterfees. Hartley is also the creator of Ikhaya Lam which was showcased at the Artscape in 2018. Hartley is currently collaborating alongside a content creation company as a producer, director, writer and editor, and has just completed the second instalment of her theatre trilogy (Godkompleks), a play named eNGee.
